Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the USA, Canada and Mexico.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept payments through PayPal, but you may send a money order or check to Creative Concepts, 1560 Long Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33755 with your order. PayPal also allows you to pay by credit card.

What if we do not like the product? Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We try our best to show you what the product looks like before you purchase it. However, we understand that once you have the product in hand, it may not quite suit your needs. We do accept returns and exchanges and pay for the return shipping, but they need to be returned within 30 days. We endeavor to please our customers.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to orders coming from Florida since we are a Florida company.
